Meet Christy Jeziorski

Real estate has always been part of Christy’s world—shaped by her parents’ work in investing, flipping, property management, and lending. That early exposure sharpened her eye for design, architecture, and her understanding of real estate as a long-term play. Today, she works across buying, selling, and investing.

Born and raised in Palm Springs, Christy now works across Ventura County, Los Angeles, Greater Palm Springs, and the High Desert, offering a grounded perspective across some of Southern California’s most creative hubs. From coastal homes in Ventura to retreats in Ojai and Joshua Tree—and an increasing presence within LA’s artistic pockets—her focus is on properties that support both lifestyle and long-term value—places people live in, escape to, or put to work.

Her approach resonates with creatives, founders, remote workers, and investors—people looking for spaces that reflect how they live and create, or open up new ways of using a property. She also works closely with sellers who have treated their homes as a kind of canvas—spaces with intention, personality, and a point of view.

As an investor herself, with experience in short-term rentals and property management, Christy understands what it means to own beyond the purchase—how a home functions, what it can become, and how people actually live in it.
